Admin
Data-entry console for FlagStarGirls. Each admin can have their own named code (see Manage admins below), and every action is recorded in the activity log.
Import / export players
Supports CSV, XLSX, XLS, and ODS. Export uses the exact column headers import expects, so round-tripping (export, edit in Excel/Sheets, re-import) just works. Rating, verified status, and photos are never touched by import.

Square doesn't notify the site when a payment comes in, so confirm it manually in your Square dashboard, then flip this toggle to show the Verified badge.

Delete player
Permanent \u2014 removes the player and all of their measurables, stats, film evaluations, and ratings. Use this to clean up duplicates.
Set player rating directly
Overrides the formula-based rating entirely. A later "Recalculate" replaces this with the formula-based rating again \u2014 this doesn't stack with the verified bonus.

Position breakdown score
Position-specific attributes (e.g. Accuracy, Elusiveness, Coverage) scored 1-10. Add as many as fit the player's position.
AI agent leads
Emails captured by the 24/7 chat widget, with who they are and what they wanted. The "Synced" column shows whether it also made it into Klaviyo.
National Rankings
Reference rankings from outside FlagStarGirls. Source and as-of date are required for every entry — this isn't optional, since these are other organizations' teams and results, not ours.
